our process

We start with an initial obligation free consultation. This is where we listen to your brief, discuss basic concepts and get an idea of your style. This initial consultation where possible happens on the build/renovation site. We conduct thorough background research of the project site to gain a understanding of site conditions and any constraints. This enables us to take into consideration all of the factors involved prior to concept design including location, bushfire setbacks, flooding, existing materials and structures, weather and the list goes on. We take a very holistic approach to every design whether it’s a small kitchen renovation or a multi storey new build. This comes from our many years of experience as successful builders. There should be no surprises in the build !
